Pricing: Prices are ex-works, Chennai [India]. Packing, forwarding, freight & insurance will be extra as actual.

Specification: All specifications & designs are subject to change for the improvement of the products. Supply will be generally as per our specification/offers only.

Validity: All prices are valid up to the specified period. Kindly check for the changes in prices at the time of expiry. Prices are subject to variation due to market fluctuation beyond our control.

Transport: Materials will be dispatched through a reliable system of transportation.

Insurance: Insurance will have to be covered by the purchaser at his cost. Any transit charge can not be the responsibility of the supplier. No replacement will be given for such damages. Insurance can be covered and included in the invoice on request by the purchaser at the time of placing the order.

Value added tax [V.A.T]: V.A.T Implementation will attract tax at 12.6% [or] as may be applicable. Under V.A.T Rule, concessional tax certificates are not valid.

Excise duty: will be charged extra as applicable at the time of invoicing. Please check with us for the same.

Payment: All orders will be accepted only with an advance of 50%. Balance 40% payment shall be made before dispatch/after inspection at the works and final 10% will be against delivery.

Delivery: 6 weeks from the date of receipt of technically and commercially clear order for standard items.

Guarantee: 12 months from the date of supply/invoice against any manufacturing defects. However guarantee will not cover bulbs, tube lights, switches, etc., guarantee will not hold good for any damages due to mishandling/improper use and unauthorized service.

Installation: The installation will be done at free of cost for our clients in Chennai, Tamilnadu state, India. For all supplies outside Chennai, the installation will be done at extra cost on request.

Plumbing and civil work will not be in our scope.

Water and power supply to be provided by the party at the site.

Jurisdiction: All transactions are subject to Chennai jurisdiction only.
